ゼレンシキー氏は、「ロシアの石油精製に対する、私たちのさらなる長距離制裁であり、私たちはこの方向性を継続している。今回はシズラニ製油所だ。私たちの国境からの距離は８００キロメートル以上である」と書き込んだ。
