露軍のドニプロの鉄道駅への攻撃、死者１３名、負傷者１０名＝ゼレンシキー宇大統領

ウクライナのゼレンシキー大統領は、２９日のロシア軍によるウクライナ南部ドニプロの鉄道駅に対する無人機攻撃により、死者が１３名、負傷者が１０名出ていると報告した。

ゼレンシキー氏は、「ドニプロの鉄道駅に対するロシア軍の凄惨な攻撃があった。ロシア軍は、普通の通勤列車や定期旅客列車が停まっていたプラットフォームに対して無人機攻撃を行った。残念ながら、現時点で１３名の死者が確認されている。遺族や近親者へ哀悼を表明する。さらに１０名が負傷した。必要な緊急当局全てが現場で作業に当たっている」と伝えた。

同氏はまた、特定のロシアの大富豪（オリガルヒ）やロシアのエネルギー・セクターに対する制裁が解除されてからも、緊張緩和は生じていないとし、「ロシアは私たちの人々に対してどれほど多くのテロ攻撃を実行してきたことだろうか」と指摘した。

そして同氏は、「ロシアのエスカレーションへの返答として、米国や欧州による公正かつ決断力のある行動が必要だとウクライナが常に述べてきたのは、正にこれが理由だ。モスクワとその戦争機構に対する制裁は、このロシアの戦争が続く限り緩めてはならない。ＥＵ、米国、Ｇ７による新しく、より強力な制裁措置を科す時が来ている。そのような方法で支援する準備のある一人一人に感謝している」と書き込んだ。

Just how many terrorist strikes has Russia carried out against our people since sanctions were lifted on certain Russian oligarchs and the Russian energy sector, rather than de-escalating? This is precisely why Ukraine has always said that just and decisive action by America and Europe is needed in response to Russian escalation – sanctions against Moscow and its war machine must not be eased for as long as this Russian war continues. It is time for new, stronger sanctions steps by the EU, the United States, and the G7. I thank everyone who is ready to help in this way.

これに先立ち、ウクライナへの全面侵略を続けるロシア軍は２９日、同国南部ドニプロの鉄道駅を無人機で攻撃していた。国鉄ウクルザリズニツャ社は、ジェット搭載自爆型無人航空機がプラットフォームの１つに着弾したとし、当時そこにはドニプロ発ザポリッジャ行きの８６６便の列車が停車していたと報告している。
