ゼレンシキー宇大統領、ロシア軍攻撃による児童の死亡にコメント「完全な蛮行」
ウクライナのゼレンシキー大統領は１９日、同日の同国東部ハルキウ州の公園に対するロシア軍の無人機攻撃により、児童を含む６名が死亡し、１４名が負傷したことを報告した。これを受け、ゼレンシキー氏は、パートナー国に対して対露制裁を解除せず、さらなる対露制裁を科して、またウクライナの防空能力も強化するよう呼びかけた。

ゼレンシキー氏は、「ハルキウ州での恐ろしいロシアの攻撃である。『シャヘド』が人々に対して、普通の喫茶店の近くの公園に対して攻撃を加えた。完全な蛮行だ。６名が死亡し、児童も死亡した。女児がベビーカーの中で殺害された。彼女の名前はアンヘリーナであり、１歳を少し過ぎたばかりで、２０２５年８月に生まれたのだった…。女児の母親の名前はインナであり、病院で死亡した…。殺害されたもう１人の女児は１１歳だった。遺族や近親者に哀悼を捧げる。さらに１４名が負傷し、内６名が児童だ」と伝えた。
A horrific Russian strike in the Kharkiv region. A “shahed” struck people directly – in a park near an ordinary café. Pure atrocity. Six people were killed, including children. A little girl was killed in a stroller – her name was Angelina, she was just over a year old, born in August 2025… Her mother’s name was Inna. She died in the hospital… Another girl who was killed was 11 years old. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Another 14 people were injured, including six more children. I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine under these circumstances and helps us shoot down “shaheds,” shoot down missiles, and stop Russian assaults. These are horrific photos, but behind them are shattered lives and the truth about this war. Lives must be protected. Ukraine needs air defense. You can't think about making money with Russia as long as it continues its asinine war. We ask that sanctions on Russia stay in place as long as the killings continue. We ask America to be strong, and we ask it to apply the Lindsey Graham law. We ask Europe to continue its support. We ask that everything possible be done to bring peace and guarantee security. Ukraine wants peace. It is Russia that has insisted on continuing the killing all this time. The world has enough strength to stop the war. That strength must finally be used – against the murderers.

またゼレンシキー氏は、「これらは恐ろしい写真であるが、その後ろには壊された人生とこの戦争に関する真実がある。命を守らねばならない。ウクライナには防空が必要だ。ロシアが愚かな戦争を継続する限り、ロシアとの間でお金について考えてはいけない。私たちは殺人が止まるまで、ロシアへの制裁を解除しないよう要請している。私たちは米国に対して、強くあるよう要請しており、リンゼー・グラム法（編集注：新しい対露制裁法）を行使するよう要請する。私たちは欧州に対して支援を継続するよう要請する。私たちは、平和が訪れ、安全が保証されるよう、あらゆる可能なことを行うことを要請する」と書き込んだ。
そして同氏は、ウクライナを支援し、ロシアの自爆型無人機やミサイルの撃墜やロシア軍の襲撃の阻止を支援してくれている全ての人々に対して謝意を表明した。
同氏はさらに、ウクライナは平和を欲しているが、ロシアが殺人の継続を主張していると強調した。
その上で同氏は、「世界には戦争を止めるのに十分な力がある。殺人者たちに対して、この力を行使しなければならない」と訴えた。
なお、その後、ハルキウ州検察は、テレグラム・チャンネルにて、同攻撃で亡くなったのは、２８歳、３４歳、３６歳の女性３名、１歳と１１歳の女児２名の計５名だと情報を修正した。また、１５名が被害を受け、内７名が児童だという。
これに先立ち、ヴィヒウシキー宇内務相は、ロシア軍がハルキウ州ノヴァ・ヴォドラハの公園に対して攻撃を加えたと報告していた。警察の情報では、ロシア軍は自爆型無人機「ゲラン３」を攻撃に使用したという。
