エストニアのミハル首相がＸアカウントで報告した。
ミハル首相は、「今日、キーウにて、北欧・バルト８か国（ＮＢ８）、カナダ、スペイン、ＥＵのリーダーたちがいる。私たちは、ウクライナの勝利を信じているが、しかし勝利は行動を要する。私たちは、支援を今加速せねばならない」と伝えた。
また同氏は、過去３年、ウクライナは世界に「強靭性の真の意味」を示したとし、ウクライナのみが「平和の条件を定めることができる」と指摘した。

ナウセーダ氏は、「ロシアの残酷な全面軍事侵攻開始から３年が過ぎた。ウクライナとその人々は数えきれない困難を経験し、しかし、誇り高く、不屈のままでいる。私は、リトアニアがこの数年間、ウクライナを全面的に支えてきたことを嬉しく、そして誇りに思っている。私たちはそれを行い続けていく」と伝えた。

そして同氏は、「私はラトビア大統領として、勇敢なウクライナの人々への支持と感嘆を表明するために戻ってきた。私たちは、現在の問題とこの先の道筋について話し合う」と書き込んだ。

フォンデアライエン氏は、「残酷なロシアの侵攻３年目に、欧州はキーウにいる。私たちは今日ここにいる。なぜなら、ウクライナは欧州だからだ。この存続の戦いで決まっているのはウクライナの運命だけではない。欧州の運命も決まっているのだ」と書き込んだ。
